Winnipeg, Manitoba is a vibrant arts community and Crescent Fort Rouge reflects its community well. That's why we decided to have an arts festival.
We believe that the arts are an ideal way to help us see new things, to reflect and honour the diversity in which we believe and to welcome community into our beautiful building.
